The irony is that Cosette hits more higher notes than the other characters do. Something Hathaway and Barks may not be able to do so well. Casting Cosette may have been more challenging due to the voice requirements. Take Johanna from Sweeney Todd, it’s in the same range but that one was painful. Very difficult to find a pleasant voice at that range. |

Looks very good. There should be lots of publicity for this movie. |

Likely that she will have that special honor of being in 2 of the most successful movie musicals of all time. |

i love you guys but you seem to care a lot about how much money Amanda mobies will do even she doesn’t care i am also proud of her when her movies does well but let’s just support her she is great in everyway so don’t compare her to other dumb actresses who only cares about money!!! this is her site so just support her and only her! |

The rest of aren’t fools and we understand that how much money Amanda’s movies make is extremely important. If her movies don’t make money, she will no longer be in movies, and we want to see her in lots of movies in the future. Unless you want to see her in the occasional guest role on TV series, or making infomercials, you had better hope that her movies do well. She is on a serious losing streak right now and her career is in trouble. She is no longer receiving offers for roles in good movies. Les Mis is the only thing standing between her and straight to DVD movies, so we should all hope that Les Mis makes a ton of money. And yes, she cares about how her movies do at the box office. All actors do. They are aware that their careers depend on box office performance. |

Well said Brian.Les Mis looks like it’s going to be huge.Hopefully Amanda and her agent(s) will use that to put her career back on track.I’m half hoping that Lovelace goes straight to DVD.I never liked the project and the fact that it still hasnt got a firm release date sounds ominous.Perhaps the fewer people that see it the better. The less said about The Big Wedding the better also.Amanda’s still only young. She just needs a better agent. She should only work with A list directors. They will show her in her true light. |

After how she’s been treated last year and early this year, we can be pretty cynical. I think many good directors would love to cast her, but Hollywood directors don’t carry much clout anymore, film executives do and they’re only interested in the bottomline. |

You’re not kidding about Lovelace. There are three film festivals in September (Toronto, Venice, Telluride) that every indie movie with promise that is being released by the end of the year premieres at. Lovelace is coming out at the end of the year and didn’t show at any of those festivals. That says a lot about it’s quality. Amanda should work with A-list directors, but her agent (Abby Bluestone, Innovative Artists) has managed her career into a place where top directors are reluctant to work with her since most of her movies have been lightweight. She wanted to be in The Master (the role of the daughter) and was up for the female lead in Silver Linings Playbook, and didn’t get either. Not getting the role in The Master is no big deal since it is a tiny role, but the role Jennifer Lawrence is playing in Silver Linings is perfect for Amanda, and looks to be a star making type role. Yes, she needs a better agent and agency, but she is loyal to a fault (literally) and is close friends with Bluestone, so there is little chance of her changing agents. Hopefully Les Mis will generate new interest in her amongst the top people in the industry. |

i know but Amanda is now A-list i think and i don’t i think that lovelace is a good project for her so don’t say that “iforsy” Amanda has a lot of movies offers i think we don’t know everything yet!! so what i tried to say is that what we think about Amanda is important not movies review or boxoffice but that doesn’t mean that i don’t get extreamly happy when her movies does well:) i have a lot of hopes for Amanda she will become the actress in everybody’s mouth even if i think she already is! |
| by richard in September 26 - 11:08 am |
p.s i meant that lovelace is a great project for Amanda it’s the first ime that she get’s to play this charachter and she will show that she is not only a pretty face!!!so Amanda is on top and she has a lot of ovies coming up so don’t worry guys let’s just support her whatever she does”"Brian” e don’t know when lovelace is coming out yet!!!so |
| by richard in September 26 - 11:22 am |
and lovelace it’s not an indie movie Brian!! why do you think that lovelace is an indie movie? |
| by Ferres in September 26 - 6:41 pm |
Strategically speaking, Lovelace and Big Wedding would be in a better position after the release of Les Miz. There is good reason to push them back without being ominous. |
| by Ferres in September 27 - 2:41 am |
Brian, Jennifer Lawrence is currently the star of the moment. Any actress would be hard pressed going up against her regardless of talent. But Amanda has real talent and some staying power. Her setbacks would have tanked the career of many an it girl. No doubt Les Mis will generate something. |

Amanda seyfried is here to stay Amanda is the one who choose her roles she likes play all deferent roles that’s why !!! and red riding hood and intime were boxoffice success!!so! |
| by Ferres in September 29 - 4:31 am |
Brian, I just watched the ‘Silver Linings Playbook’ trailer. I guess they needed a colder, less expressive actress to play that role. |
